Known for his professional and positive attitude along with his excellent communication skills, Ethan takes time with his clients to keep them up to date and informed throughout the selling process, whilst engaging and following up with potential buyers to address concerns and maximise the final result.

As a long-term resident of Monash with a Bachelor or Banking and Financeand Master of Accounting, Ethan has an intimate understanding of various financial drivers and the local market, allowing him to tailor marketing and inform his clients about specific growth areas and market needs.

Over the years, Ethan has built upon his experience and specialises in residential sales, new developments and off the plan sales, whilst drawing upon his expertise as an auctioneer with a large database of international buyers. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, he easily engages with buyers and sellers of diverse backgrounds and loves the multicultural aspects of the Monash area.

A multi-award winner, Ethan believes in the importance of teamwork and strives not only for individual excellence but works closely with his colleagues to train them to be their best.
